Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Perform inspections and testing on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
Use various measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to assess product specifications.
Document inspection results, including discrepancies, and work with the production team to resolve any quality issues.
Conduct first article inspections (FAI) and support process improvements based on inspection findings.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot production issues and improve product quality.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Assist in maintaining compliance with ISO 9001, safety standards, and other relevant regulations.
Perform internal audits and ensure that procedures are being followed correctly to maintain a high standard of quality.
Continuously seek improvements in manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:25 PM
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and defect identification.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; QA certification preferred.
Manufacturing experience with strong quality control knowledge.
Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools.
