Responsibilities:
Create and Maintain Training Materials: Write, update, and organize training and reference documents that are clear and relevant.
Support Hourly Employee Training: Lead engaging training sessions that help employees learn and apply best practices.
Use Microsoft Office Suite: Utilize Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create effective training materials and communicate clearly with the team.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with various teams like operators, coaches, supervisors, and support staff (maintenance, engineering, quality) to keep training aligned with company goals.
Update and Improve Documents: Regularly review and revise documents to reflect changes in procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
Be a Problem Solver: Participate in problem-solving groups to resolve issues and implement improvements in training and processes.
