Our client in Lexington, SC is looking for a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring plumbing installations are completed to the highest standards. The Quality Inspector will

Monday through Friday workweek, with optional weekend work available
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and accurate inspections of job sites, ensuring all installations meet the company's standards and local plumbing codes.
- Document findings with clear photos and detailed inspection forms, highlighting any issues or areas of concern.
- Promptly communicate any issues or time-sensitive concerns to the scheduling office or relevant team members to ensure quick resolution and minimal disruption.
- Provide clear and concise reports after each inspection.
- Ensure that plumbing installations adhere to the company's Standard Installation Practices (SIP) and that all plumbing codes are followed.
- Perform follow-up inspections and assessments to ensure continuous compliance.
- Respond to emergency job sites as needed, providing guidance to installers and interacting directly with customers or builders when required to resolve issues or concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships during these interactions.
- Work closely with field installers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality installations.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues in the field when necessary
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
- Ability to work full-time from start (7:30 AM) until the day's tasks are completed (end time varies)

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older (due to insurance requirements).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 5 years).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual labor as required in the field.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have consistent attendance. Willingness to learn and respect company standards and procedures.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently in the field after receiving training.
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and ensuring all standards are met.
- Experience in leadership or management roles preferred, with the ability to guide and support field
personnel.
