Shifts Available:
2nd Shift: 3pm - 11:30pm
3rd Shift: 11pm - 7:30am

Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain quality standards for products.
Read blueprints and specifications to verify compliance with production standards.
Conduct inspections and random quality checks to ensure product integrity.
Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and screw gauges.
Identify and remove defective products while recommending process adjustments.
Perform 100% inspection of all corners of each gasket produced by the Automation Line.
Repair minor defects and track all identified defects for recordkeeping.
Accept or reject finished products and communicate findings with production teams.
Set up and prepare racks for use, including removing old tags and maintaining cleanliness.
Pack inspected, approved parts onto shipping racks for distribution.
Properly dispose of unrepairable defects according to established procedures.
Collaborate with Line Operators, QA Inspectors, and Management on quality concerns.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
Prior experience in quality inspection or manufacturing.
Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings, and production specifications.
Advanced proficiency with precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
Experience with defect tracking and quality documentation.
Knowledge of ISO standards and other quality control procedures.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience with automation and production line inspection.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Experience using calipers, gauges, rulers, tape measures, and other precision measurement tools.
Ability to perform tests and accurately read a ruler.
Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow written instructions, schedules, and specifications.
Ability to understand and visually detect defects in the production process.
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and be a team player with a positive attitude.
Must be punctual and maintain good attendance.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
