Responsibilities:
Inspecting like a pro: You'll be conducting visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products, ensuring everything is up to snuff.
Measuring with accuracy: Use tools (including a tape measure that goes down to 1/16th of an inch, calipers, gauges, etc.)) to verify product specifications and ensure everything aligns with our standards.
Spotting the details: Identifying defects or deviations from our strict quality standards will be your superpower. If something???s not right, you???ll catch it!
Reporting your findings: You???ll document and report any issues, working closely with our team to tackle any challenges.
Ensuring top quality: Your efforts will directly impact ensuring compliance with both internal and customer standards, along with industry regulations.
Staying safe: Always follow safety regulations and create a safe, supportive environment for everyone.
Working hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Familiarity with using advanced inspection tools
Experience interpreting technical drawings or engineering specifications
Understanding of quality control methodologies, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or ASQ certifications).
Observational skills and a meticulous approach to identifying defects or inconsistencies.
Capability to troubleshoot quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Proficiency in maintaining detailed inspection reports, quality records, and data logs

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Tape Measure Proficiency, a tape measure test will be given to you during interview
Must pass a tape measure test with a score of 100% during the interview process
Comfort with standing, walking, or bending for extended periods during inspections.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new inspection methods or processes.
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
Capable of recording and maintaining accurate inspection results and report
Adherence to all safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
