Our Client in Medical Device Manufacturing is looking to add to their team at their headquarters located on the East side of Madison Wisconsin!
As a Quality Inspection Associate, you will be responsible for the final stages of production, including polishing, cosmetic inspection, and quality assurance to help ensure that every product meets their high standards for accuracy, appearance, and performance

Responsibilities:
- Carefully polish and clean lenses and optical components
- Perform cosmetic and functional inspections of finished products
- Use magnification tools and work instructions to identify any defects or inconsistencies
- Maintain detailed documentation according to GMP and ISO guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve quality concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety protocols
- Support other production tasks as needed, such as kitting or light assembly
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in product finishing and/or Quality Assurance preferred
- Familiarity with optical products or precision manufacturing is a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to speak, Read and write English
- Comfortable using basic hand tools and working under magnification
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs frequently
- Ability to work overtime during week and weekends as needed
- Must be able to comfortably stand for 8+ hours a day
