Responsibilities:
Process Excellence: Clean and prepare the surface of parts with precision, adhering to established procedures and customer specifications.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections, handle parts with care, and utilize tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters to ensure top-notch quality.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Production Management to achieve departmental goals and maintain a seamless workflow.
Technical Proficiency: Apply cleanroom protocols, surface plate techniques, and basic Coordinate Measuring Machine checks to maintain high standards.
Data Management: Gather and enter SPC data, perform Gage R&R checks, and manage quality records to support continuous improvement.
Safety First: Adhere to safety protocols, report any incidents, and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
Technical Skills: Proficiency in part handling, cleanroom protocols, shop math, and basic hand tools.
Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to quality, with the ability to perform visual inspections and read blueprints.
Computer Literacy: Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
