Prepare, update, and maintain clear and accurate training and reference documents.Shadow operators, technicians, and other personnel to understand job processes and ensure documentation reflects actual procedures.Collaborate with support teams including maintenance, engineering, and quality to identify and implement process improvements.Apply Standard Work principles and the Job Instruction Method (JIM) to training efforts.Deliver training to employees using established documents and methods.Support Standard Work Training (SWT) and the Documentation Project Initiative Program.Use Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for communication, documentation, and organization.Manage document control and ensure consistent filing and versioning.Utilize JDE for work order tasks (as applicable).Coordinate with operators, lead coaches, supervisors, and other departments to ensure training materials meet operational needs.
