Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Quality Management System: Fully manage and execute the QMS to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
Audits and Certifications: Manage internal and external supplier audits and certifications.
Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause and corrective action analysis, ensuring that preventative actions are implemented.
Quality Investigations: Participate in quality investigations, impact analysis, and first article inspection processes, ensuring that the QMS, process documentation, and training manuals are updated.
Personnel Management: Develop, direct, train, and evaluate the work of quality improvement personnel.
Customer Communication: Receive and provide communications and related materials and reports regarding part revisions, parts on hold, questions on dimensions, part rejections, part changes, qualifications, and all other quality-related information required by the customer.
Corrective Action Procedures: Receive, interpret, and implement corrective action procedures required by the customer.
Legal Compliance: Ensure all legal standards are met.
Inspection Activities: Inspect parts and perform day-to-day inspection activities as warranted.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Skills:
Proven ability to manage, develop, and train quality improvement personnel.
Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
High attention to detail to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
Education:
High School
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 standards.
Preferably 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
