We are seeking an individual to join our team as a electronics quality inspector on 1st shift, in St. Peter. This role requires exceptional focus and precision.

Responsibilities:

Hold boards/panels under a microscope to inspect parts and solder joints
Perform hand soldering operations and re-work of electronic components under a microscope using a soldering iron or other soldering tools
Use pliers, cutters, and small hand tools for various steps in board assembly
Complete required production documentation
Use of computer for basic data entry
All other duties as assigned by your supervisor/manager
Skills:
Prior soldering experience preferred, but not required
Trained in IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies preferred, but not required
Self-motivated as well as the ability to work well with others
Good vision and finger dexterity
General knowledge of electronic components
Strong attention to detail
Interpretation of drawings specifications and instructions
Good communication skills
General computer skills
Willingness to cross-train into different positions as needed
Ability to work under a microscope for up to 8 hours per day
Must be able to work in a seated position for up to 8 hours per day
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

High School
