A local Credit Union is seeking a Construction Loan Assistant to join their team!Responsibilities:- Maintain member confidentiality for all documentation and records.- Conduct closing with borrowers in Originators absence.- Create loan files: follow up on any signatures needed as well as any other loan document exceptions and issues.- Advance member lines of credit, including filling out journal tickets, waiver of lien forms and construction draw requests.
