We are hiring for a permanent Part-Time Property Manager in Williamsport. Person must be able to travel to Corning, NY for one week training (Paid trip/expenses). Person would be processing leases, collect rent, verifying income, and maintaining wait list, ensure compliance with LIHTC, RD and Section 8, confirm status of maintenance repairs and tenant satisfaction.
This is part-time 24 hours per week, paid bi-weekly.
