We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Outside Sales Representative to help expand our client base and grow our presence in the local market.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Spherion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, Washington paid sick leave, an incentive and recognition program (all benefits are based on eligibility).

Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential business clients in need of staffing services.

Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and hiring managers.

Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and networking events to promote our staffing solutions.

Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure client needs are met.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Working hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Previous outside sales experience with proven record of meeting goals.

Education:
Associate

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales, staffing, or recruiting is a plus.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Reliable transportation for client visits and networking events.

Ability to build rapport and foster long-term business relationships.
