Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating Level III project schedules, integrating procurement, deliveries, and resource allocation.
- Tracking quantities of materials and tasks to ensure alignment with project proposals and timelines.
- Working closely with project teams to determine estimated task durations and sequencing.
- Managing turnover documentation for system-based project acceptance.
- Keeping detailed procurement and construction activity logs, including subcontractor work.
- Monitoring project performance metrics, including PPI, CPI, SPI, and earned value.
- Managing RFIs and tracking Needs & Issues Logs to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) logic and scheduling methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in procurement tracking, construction activity sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
- Proficiency in P6, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to analyze project completion curves, productivity indices, and schedule performance indicators.
