Responsibilities:
Lead Project Execution: Manage all aspects of large-scale projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Strategic Oversight: Develop and communicate operational plans, monitor progress, and manage escalations.
Collaboration: Work closely with business owners, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare status reports, checklists, and executive decks to communicate project status across different levels of the organization.
Team Leadership: Guide and support a team of four Mid-Level Project Managers to execute their responsibilities effectively.
Problem Solving: Identify, resolve, or escalate issues to minimize delays and ensure smooth project progression.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience managing large-scale projects or initiatives within the financial services or issuing sector.
Expertise in navigating complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and resources.
Industry experience in Financial Transactions.
Education:
High School
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years in project management.
Skills & Expertise:
Project Execution & Drive: Proven success in leading and executing complex project plans.
Escalation Management: Experience in handling project escalations effectively.
Strong Communication & Reporting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level interactions.
Tools: JIRA, Microsoft Project, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite.
