Lead and manage all aspects of real estate development projects, from initial planning through to completion.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project requirements and standards.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues that arise.Collaborate with the client to understand their vision and goals, ensuring that the project meets their expectations.Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and obtain necessary permits and approvals.Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.Manage the project closeout process, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover to property management.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate development or construction industry.Proven track record of successfully managing real estate development projects from inception to completion.Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and project management software.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Procore, or similar.PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and confidently.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
