As a Program Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the management and operation of our residential facility. You will oversee Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) and Behavioral Health Paraprofessionals (BHPPs), ensuring the consistent delivery of services to residents aged 18 and older. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, maintaining treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and behavioral health standards.

Responsibilities:
Act as administrator in the Program Director's absence.
Report decisions to the Program Director for consistency.
Manage the daily operations of the residential facility.
Liaise between Program Director and Behavioral Health Professionals (BHP).
Ensure residents receive care as per their treatment plans.
Coordinate with nutritionists for meal planning and preparation.
Oversee medication administration and compliance with health orders.
Facilitate residents' social, educational, and recreational activities.
Assist residents in accessing community services and employment opportunities.
Ensure staff receive ongoing in-service education and adhere to ethical standards.
Audit resident progress notes and ensure documentation is clear and concise.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification preferred.
Proficiency in behavioral health counseling, resident assessment, and treatment planning.
Knowledge of mental health symptoms, medications, and resident rights.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, respect cultural differences, and adhere to agency policies.
Strong leadership and role-modeling skills.

4-7 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor???s degree in a behavioral health-related field with at least one year of full-time experience.
Alternatively, one of the following:
Bachelor???s degree with five years of experience.
Associate degree with four years of experience.
Registered Nurse with five years of experience.
High school diploma/GED with 18 post-high school credit hours in behavioral health and two to four years of experience.
LPN or CNA with two years of experience.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Supervising BHTs and BHPPs.
Handling mental health diagnoses and co-occurring disorders.
Providing residential care and intervention.
Managing a residential facility and coordinating resident care.
