Work Hours: 8:00AM- 4:00pm, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
Precisely prepare and mix emulsions and chemicals according to prescribed formulas.
Operate roll converting machines and film coating equipment, ensuring quality control standards are met.
Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality through proper cleaning and maintenance procedures.
Manage inventory of raw materials to ensure continuous production flow.
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to document mixing processes and production activities.
Monitor and record production parameters, grading film according to quality control guidelines.
Conduct training sessions for machine operators and oversee qualification tests.
Maintain departmental housekeeping standards for a clean and organized work environment.
Cross-train in bottling, roll converting, and other relevant areas to support operational flexibility.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and supervisors.
Proficiency in basic mathematical operations and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a loud environment with exposure to fumes and chemicals.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant training or experience preferred.
