Responsibilities:
- Works as part of a team packaging cheese while rotating through various specific aspects of the process and operates equipment.
- Keeps pace with product flow through the cheese line to maintain expected product rate and quality.
- Properly follows standard operating procedures for both production and sanitation activities.
- Effectively and efficiently organizes and maintains stock supplies and equipment needed for shift and restocks for the next shift.
Working hours: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM
Skills:
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but willing to train.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Ability to learn and follow SQF, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HAACP), GMPs and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to read and write and possess mathematical and weight measurement skills.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to set up equipment, adjust settings and make mechanical assessments.
- Must be able to work effectively in a multi-tasking detail-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
