The Production Supervisor will serve as the first line of management on the production floor. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who possesses the ability to relate to employees at all levels. The Production Supervisor is responsible for maintaining workflows by leading team members and observing equipment, identifying cost reductions, developing reporting procedures and systems, all while fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. As unique situations present themselves, the successful candidate must be sensitive to customer needs, corporate goals, and company reputation. Responsibilities:
Provide manufacturing information by compiling, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, in addition to answering questions and responding to requests.
Contribute to a team effort to accomplish production goals.
Resolve personnel problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
Ensure quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Take initiative to learn new systems and processes, while drawing correlations between how equipment operates.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
8-10 years of manufacturing supervisor experience with a bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred, but not required.

Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Demonstrate commitment to professional and ethical standards including sound judgment and strong problem-solving ability.
Ability to proactively execute multiple projects, while staying organized and committed to meeting deadlines.
Formal certifications in continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Accelerated Root Cause, or Transactional Lean (preferred)
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Prior experience reading and understanding Blueprint format.
