Responsibilities:

• Lead and support daily operations on your assigned shift
• Oversee beverage production processes, from batching to packaging
• Ensure adherence to all safety, quality (HACCP, GMP), and regulatory standards
• Drive changeovers, equipment efficiency, and overall line performance
• Monitor and report on production metrics (OEE, labor efficiency, downtime)
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Safety teams
• Train, coach, and develop team members to achieve production goals
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in all work areas
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices

Qualifications:

• Comfortable with fast-paced, hands-on management
• Bachelors degree in a related field OR equivalent supervisory experience
• 3+ years of experience supervising teams in a manufacturing environment (beverage/food preferred)
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety protocols, and quality systems
• Ability to lead by example, solve problems, and communicate effectively
• Experience working with KPIs, lean manufacturing, and performance tracking
