Responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules and coordinates production of the company
- Evaluates raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is in place for production
- Reports on the production status and any production issues to upper management
- Handles production disruptions and productivity problems
- Finds ways to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Uses market forecasts and competitive analysis to anticipate necessary production changes

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Production & Supply Chain Knowledge - Experience in scheduling, resource planning, and demand forecasting.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving - Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve productivity.
- Communication & Collaboration - Works well with supply chain, sales, and production teams.
- Detail-Oriented - Ensures accuracy in scheduling and inventory management.
- Negotiation & Vendor Management - Strong skills in supplier coordination.
- Time Management - Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Financial & Market Awareness - Understanding of production costs and forecasting.
- ERP & Data Management - Familiarity with planning software and ERP systems.

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, preferred.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in a Supply Chain, Production Planning or Operations Role
- Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements.
- Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key
stakeholders and suppliers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Analytical, numerically astute with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Results oriented with the ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines.
- Commercially and financially aware.
- Key attention to detail and accuracy.
