Spherion is hiring a Production Operator in Indianapolis, IN in the Park 100 area.
Shift is 6AM - 2:30PM
Pay is $18.50/HR
Responsibilities:
-Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process.
-Load materials into production machines.

-Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
-Collect, and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies.
-Clean production equipment and work areas.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Skills:
-Previous factory experience is a plus
-Mechanical background is preferred

High School

Qualifications:
-Ability to stand for 8hr shift
-Lift up to 50lbs
-Manufacturing experience
