As a Production Worker, you'll play a key role in our success by operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure quality. You'll help maintain the highest standards in safety, efficiency, and productivity while supporting initiatives to improve our manufacturing processes.

This work location has a cafeteria, computer stations for both professional and personal use, and other amenities!

Guaranteed overtime pay every other week! Get paid $25.10/hour when working 80 hours for 2 weeks with our overtime hours.

There is opportunity for day-time and/or night-time shifts based on availability. Rotating weekends available! If you're in the Sumner, Puyallup, Auburn, or Tacoma area this is a great commute for you!

Day shift: 5AM-5:15PM

Night shift: 5PM-5:15AM (50 cent/hour increase!)

Responsibilities:
-Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times.
-Understand and help drive improvement to quality systems and policies (Knowing the controlled climate, efficiency of filling products, and reading machines of any errors).
-Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
-Manually fill machines with empty cups.
-Inspect finished coffee goods on a routine basis.
-Actively learn and participate in formal problem-solving processes with team members.
-Troubleshooting maintenance such as clearing jams and work with the Maintenance team to ensure machine efficiency.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 5:15 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
-Ability to quickly learn about how processing and packaging equipment works. Mechanical understanding or manufacturing experience preferred.
-Self-motivated team player with ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve.
-Comfort with basic computer functions and ability to quickly learn production software.
-Basic mathematical skills to make production calculations.
-Forklift and pallet jack skills are a plus, but not required.

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
-Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and 50 pounds occasionally.
-Ability to bend, stretch and stand during the entire shift.
-Ability to frequently kneel, squat, climb stairs/ladders, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions.
-Ability to work in a variety of temperature and humidity conditions.
