Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
Communicate daily with production teams to ensure smooth workflow and promptly address any issues.
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and order statuses.
Assist in developing and implementing production plans and schedules.
Collaborate with design, purchasing, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Address and resolve production-related issues and conflicts efficiently.
Prepare and distribute production reports and updates to management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or experience in similar role.
Minimum of three years of experience in a production coordination role within the apparel manufacturing industry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in the clothing or textile manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of production planning and inventory control principles.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
