We are recruiting for multiple manufacturing roles across various shifts, including Machine Operators, Cleanroom Assemblers/Packagers, Parts Finishers, Warehouse Material Handlers, and Quality Inspectors.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities (Vary by Role):

- Machine Operation: Operate and maintain large machinery to produce parts, adhering to safety protocols and production schedules. Requires prolonged standing and walking.
- Cleanroom Assembly/Packaging: Perform assembly and packaging tasks in a sterile cleanroom environment, requiring the use of full gowning procedures.
- Warehouse Material Handling: Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Parts Finishing: Perform finishing operations on manufactured parts, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of finished parts to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is not required; however, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
Strong hand-eye coordination, particularly for tasks involving small components.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to meet and exceed production quotas.
