-Oversee RHB machine processing systems, ensuring all processes follow established guidelines.-Collaborate with shift teams to maximize production output and ensure smooth operation of the production line.-Direct packers and utility employees, providing guidance on daily tasks.-Ensure the quality of finished products by verifying measurements and visual inspection per the control plan.-Monitor the daily production performance and address any deviations to meet efficiency goals.-Troubleshoot process-related issues, including mold set-ups and technical duties for RHB equipment.-Work with maintenance staff to address mechanical issues and ensure equipment is serviced in a timely manner.-Complete all required process-related documentation accurately.-Maintain compliance with the Food Safety Program (GMP).-Ensure adherence to safety standards, including proper use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.-Set up, adjust, and monitor downstream equipment, including box makers, robots, and laning systems.-Perform other duties as assigned.

-Strong experience in RHB processing or plastic processing (3+ years).-Ability to set up and adjust track work and downstream equipment.-Understanding of bottle fault recognition and troubleshooting.-Knowledge of the oven setup and reheat curve for the RHB process.-Experience using PCC/Man Machine interface to monitor and adjust processes.-Forklift certification and experience with safe operation.-Ability to monitor and adjust key process points such as spindle loading/unloading, oven to mold transfer, and mold compensation cycles.-Proficiency in recognizing and addressing issues with material distribution and air blowing during production.
-Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and make basic mechanical repairs.-Manual Dexterity: Ability to perform tasks requiring fast, repetitive movements of hands and fingers.-Vision: Ability to see details up close, ensuring quality control at various stages of production.-Flexibility: Ability to stretch, bend, twist, or reach while performing duties.-Multilimb Coordination: Ability to coordinate multiple limbs while standing or sitting for extended periods.-Lifting: Ability to lift up to 30 pounds overhead.-Walking/Standing: Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shifts.-Information Ordering: Skill in arranging actions or items in a specific order or pattern, following established rules.-Safety Compliance: Demonstrate thorough understanding of safety procedures and ensure compliance with LOTO.-Quality Control: Ensure that finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards.-Documentation: Complete daily PM compliance and other necessary paperwork.-Communication: Report any safety concerns and equipment deviations to management immediately.-Teamwork: Collaborate with the shift supervisor, department manager, and lead technician to achieve production and quality goals.
