Key Responsibilities:Work as part of a construction team to install pools efficiently and safely.Interpret pool drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate installations.Assist with assembling and installing pool structures, including A-frames, deck braces, in-wall ladders, and steps.Set up, stake, and plumb pool walls to proper specifications.Rough-in plumbing for main drains, skimmers, returns, and floor cleaners.Assist with mixing, raking, and troweling grout for pool floors and bottoms.Install pool liners, coping, and light niches according to specifications.Operate and maintain construction tools, including lasers, levels, and excavation equipment.Ensure all safety protocols are followed on job sites.Maintain a clean and professional worksite, ensuring debris and excess materials are properly disposed of.Work with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.Stay current with industry trends and best practices, implementing updates that benefit customers and Pools of Fun.Levels of Pool Installer Progression:Level 1 - Entry-LevelAssist with basic assembly and setup (A-frames, deck braces, sono tubes).Bolt walls together, rough-in plumbing, and clean/prep work areas.Support the team with material handling, mixing grout, and installation of basic components.Level 2 - IntermediateRake and rough-in grout, trowel pool bottoms, and install fleece liners.Read and interpret prints, string/stake inside dimensions, and operate a laser level.Level 3 - AdvancedManage timing and coordination of materials, water trucks, and concrete pours.Cut in pool liners, install main drains, and handle complex site layout.Oversee pool bottom finishing and ensure structural integrity.Level 4 - Leadership & SupervisionLead installation crews and oversee all crew assignments and equipment usage.Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, backhoes), ensure proper site setup, and manage personnel.Maintain strong communication with management and customers to ensure a seamless installation experience.

Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans.Experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field preferred, but not required.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
