Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections to identify maintenance or repair needs.Clean and vacuum pool surfaces to remove debris, algae, and contaminants.Test and balance water chemistry, including pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium hardness.Add necessary chemicals to maintain water balance and sanitation.Inspect and maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automatic cleaners.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or structural issues.Conduct regular maintenance, including backwashing filters, lubricating equipment, and replacing parts.Repair or replace damaged pool components, including tiles, coping, and liners.Keep accurate records of services performed, chemicals used, and maintenance schedules.Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and advising on pool care.Communicate water quality and mechanical issues with homeowners and management.Complete detailed pool care reports after each visit.Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for pool maintenance.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work vehicle.

Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent required.-Previous experience in pool maintenance, plumbing, or a related field preferred.-Strong knowledge of swimming pool systems, equipment, and chemicals.-Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills.Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding tasks.-Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.-Strong customer service and communication skills.-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
