Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Implement and optimize warehouse procedures and processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Oversee inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials and products.
Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Manage accounting functions such as budgeting, financial reporting, and cost analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall business operations and achieve company goals.
Implement measures to enhance operational performance, such as lean manufacturing principles or automation solutions.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on warehouse and financial performance for senior management.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Billingual fluent in English/Spanish

Qualifications:
Proven experience (1-4yvears) in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
