We are seeking a meticulous Pilot Records Digitization Specialist to join our client???s team for a critical project in our highly regulated industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to meticulously scan and accurately input pilot records into the FAA's Pilot Records Database (PRD). This includes handling various types of documents, ensuring all details are captured correctly, and maintaining absolute accuracy throughout the digitization process.

Responsibilities:
Scan and digitize pilot records and documents according to established procedures.
Enter data accurately into the FAA's Pilot Records Database (PRD).
Verify the correctness and completeness of data entered to ensure 100% accuracy.
Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and company policies governing data integrity.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and compliance with project timelines.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Proven experience in data entry or document digitization roles, preferably in a regulated industry.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to error-free work.
Ability to maintain focus and precision in a repetitive and meticulous task environment.
Trustworthiness demonstrated through successful completion of a drug test and background check.
Familiarity with scanning equipment and basic understanding of database entry procedures.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.

Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management or related fields is advantageous.
