Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operate pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and screen printers to produce high-quality PCB assemblies.
Perform 2D/3D AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) for both in-process and final product inspections.
Conduct repairs, rework, and soldering on PCB assemblies as required.
Inspect electronic components and PCB assemblies for defects or inconsistencies to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow detailed work instructions and maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to maintain continuous operation.
Load raw materials into machines and ensure proper setup for efficient production.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on production and inspection equipment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist in training new team members on processes, equipment, and safety practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to lean manufacturing principles.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
