Spherion Staffing is looking for several candidates to assist with providing technical support for IT assets in preparation of a Windows 11 upgrade for all end users. The project will perform a variety of technical support duties to ensure proper and timely installation of new or relocated hardware, software, applications, and communications and provides end users with first level support covering a wide variety of questions on systems, software, hardware, peripherals, services, etc.

Assignment length 12-15 months
Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm with non-traditional hours (evening/weekends) as needed. Overtime possible. Travel to smaller clinical sites
Pay $24-26/hour DOE
Responsibilities:
-Assist in delivering, unboxing and clean-up of new hardware at site locations
-Assess installation quality for cleanliness and cable management. Assets will include Printers, Computers, Scanners, displays etc.
-Assist in imaging PCs and laptops as need and user acceptance testing
-Place QR codes on doors. Will require attention to detail and ability to document progress
-Perform a variety of non-technical support duties to ensure proper and timely activation of replacement facility

-AA Degree in Networking or Cybersecurity with 1-2 years of experience
-Ability to travel with in house technicians to satellite locations for service work
-Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed
