This position will report to the Accountant and be responsible for managing and performing the
day-to-day payroll, and assisting with accounting and office responsibilities as assigned by the
Accountant.

Payroll
Entering new personnel into accounting software:
Weekly Payroll

Other payroll related tasks, reports and duties as assigned by Accountant
Accounts Payable
Processing of Purchase Orders and Invoices in digital format
Vendor Maintenance, including collection of required Vendor information.
Work with Accountant for payment of invoices
Credit Card Entry and Coding
Receiving / downloading credit card data info.
Credit card purchase verification, entry and coding into accounting system
Office Work
Answering phones, helping management requests.
Communication with others including emails, forms, phone calls / faxes.
Filing, Mailing / shipping duties.
Build relationships and personify company culture
Team player, dependability, positivity, able to keep required info confidential
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in construction industry
Experience in Sage 100 or Foundations accounting software
Experience with technology including video calls, online accounts setup, management,
and troubleshooting.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Some experience with payroll duties, including software and processing, as well as
accounts payable and working in an office environment.
Strong communication, problem solving, planning and team player skills.
People skills including in person, phone and video communication.
Detail orientated with the ability and organization to manage multiple project tasks.
Computer skills, proficiency in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook
Current driver?s license
