Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for processing payroll for roughly 1,000 associates, managing benefits administration and ensuring compliance with payroll-related regulations - all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.
- Oversee the pre-payroll process, verifying accuracy and completeness of all adjustments and changes, like terminations and garnishments, etc.
- Update payroll system and records promptly to reflect authorized payroll changes
- Review and process payroll documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Manage merit increase processes, ensuring accurate entry for final approval
- Process new hires, promotions, demotions and transfers in the payroll system
- Audit payroll data each pay period and report discrepancies
- Approve and post employee W-4 changes via self-service platforms
- Maintain new hire and current employee direct deposit information
- Collaborate with Human Resources team to verify and enter missing deductions and pay codes
- Assist with policy documentation, reporting, budget processes, and audits as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will be or have:
- Proficient in payroll
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High attention to details
- Ability to work independently
- 2+ years' experience in payroll administration
- 2+ years' experience in benefits administration
- Ability to handle confidential payroll data with discretion and professionalism
