Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.
Register and check in patients, verifying demographic and insurance information.
Schedule patient appointments and coordinate referrals as needed.
Obtain and process insurance authorizations and verify coverage.
Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Address patient inquiries and provide guidance on billing, insurance, and appointment scheduling.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and satisfaction.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare administration, patient access, or a similar role preferred.

1-4 years
Qualifications:
Knowledge of medical insurance, billing processes, and HIPAA compliance.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
