Responsibilities:
Receive and unload furniture deliveries from trucks, verifying the quantity and condition of items.
Inspect furniture for damage and report any discrepancies or issues.
Safely and efficiently move furniture within the warehouse using hand trucks, dollies, or other equipment.
Organize and store furniture in designated areas, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy retrieval.
Prepare furniture for delivery or customer pickup, including wrapping, packaging, and labeling items.
Assist with loading furniture onto delivery vehicles.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, dusting, and removing debris.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with furniture pickups and answering questions.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the warehouse manager or supervisor.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Previous warehouse experience, especially in a furniture or related industry.

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
Ability to lift and move heavy furniture safely and repeatedly.
Physical stamina and endurance to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling and inspecting furniture.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills. ??
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse in Brenham, TX.
Familiarity with warehouse equipment (hand trucks, dollies, pallet jacks, etc.).
Basic computer skills for inventory management or order processing.
Strong customer service skills.
