Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, manage project timelines, and keep the team on track.

Ordering Parts: Oversee inventory, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Customer Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact, handle inquiries, update records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Accounts Receivable: Prepare invoices, track payments, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software
* Experience in an administrative role
Education:
High School

1-4 years
Qualifications:
* High school diploma (additional office admin training is a bonus!)
* Experience in an office setting
* Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
