The Administrative Assistant, or Program Services Clerk, provides clerical support requiring significant knowledge of technical program rules, regulations, and requirements. You will have the opportunity to review applications, submissions and other documents for adherence to technical and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
- Communicates clearing in writing, in person, and on the phone with customers.
- Treats customers respectfully, non-judgmentally and fair. Is calm and objective when assisting customers and demonstrates de-escalation techniques when necessary. Uses effective listening skills and refers customers to appropriate resources and/or advocacy services as appropriate.
- Process daily mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Answer front office phone and retrieve voicemails
- Review forms for technical components and completeness
Working hours: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Uses ESD technology tools to effectively accomplish work tasks.
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years

- Displays a positive attitude and communicates with others in a respectful, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Respectfully and professionally receives and responds to supervisory directives within the requested timeframe.
