What You'll Be Responsible For:- Support Learning: Administer and proctor both group and individual testing sessions, ensuring a respectful, secure, and comfortable testing environment for test-takers.- Tech Savvy? - Perfect! You'll be operating and monitoring computer hardware, software, printers, and surveillance equipment to keep our testing services running smoothly.- Keep Things Organized: Process testing requests, schedule appointments using an online system, and assist with planning and evaluating testing services.- Maintain Standards: Uphold testing policies, report irregularities, and ensure compliance with state, national, and institutional guidelines.- Help Others Succeed: Provide clear instructions and support for examinees, including accommodations under the American with Disabilities Act (ADA).

What You Should Bring to the Table:- Attention to Detail: You're organized and focused, ensuring accurate data entry, test scoring, and record maintenance.- Communication Skills: You'll interact with test-takers, staff, and faculty, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.- Tech Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), printers, scanners, and online systems is key.- Flexibility: Ability to adjust your schedule based on demand, sometimes working 4 hours more or less.
