Responsibilities:
- Be present at the desk to answer the phone and greet customers, clients, and tenants every day.
- Direct calls, take messages, or put callers into the appropriate voicemail.
- Answer tenant questions regarding tenant billings and receivables.
- Daily responsibilities included but are not limited to: Track all transactions in QuickBooks and the appropriate corresponding ledger, Utilities, taxes, repairs, capital improvements, etc., Process and pay bills and invoices., Keep A/R bills and invoices filed appropriately, Deposit tenant payments.
rent, and keep current ledgers real estate taxes, utility invoicing, CAM services, interest, mortgage schedules.
- Produce monthly financial statements for internal review.
- Handle all balance sheet, P&L, income statement, YTD repairs and track recurring journal entries.
- Produce EOY reports for the accountant.
- Compile 1098 and 1099 data

- 3-5 years of experience as a Junior Accountant.
- Must have Quickbooks experience.
- Must be able to work fully in office.
