Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and courteously, both in person and on the phone.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate furniture options.
Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, pricing, and availability.
Assist customers with the selection and purchase process.
Prepare sales quotes and process orders accurately.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options.
Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Assist with visual merchandising and showroom maintenance to create an attractive shopping environment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by the sales manager.
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Strong closing skills and a customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Basic computer skills.
