Spherion is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estates & Trusts Paralegal to join a law firm in Naples, FL.
Responsibilities:
Under attorney supervision, value assets and prepare accountings related to trust and estate administration.
Prepare various tax returns, including federal estate tax and fiduciary income taxes.

Draft estate planning documents such as wills, codicils, agreements, and status reports.
Communicate with clients, estate administrators, beneficiaries, and other interested parties.
Research and summarize legal and factual issues for internal and external use.
Organize and maintain legal forms, client materials, and attorney work products.
Draft probate documents such as petitions, motions, testamentary letters, inventories, and accountings.
Assist with ongoing administrative tasks, including EIN applications and tracking billable/non-billable time.
Maintain trust accounts, process bill payments, and conduct bank reconciliations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of trust and estate accountings, probate administration, and estate/trust law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing large amounts of data in an organized manner.
High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and organizational skills.

Associate
Experience:
7-10 years
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree required, or Paralegal Certificate with equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5-8 years of Estates & Trusts experience.
