Responsible for various duties, including but not limited to, quality inspections of parts, accurate counting of parts, following pack processes, and packaging of parts. Responsibilities:
Follow all policies, procedures and work instructions.
Follow the process sheets when packaging parts and report any quality issues
immediately to the shift supervisor.
Delegate and assign job responsibilities of team members to ensure processes are
followed and job rotation occurs.
Inspect the parts and process before, during and after each packaging job.
Record and maintain packaging rates; reporting any scrap.
Accurately count production, labels, pallets, finished goods, etc.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25-35 pounds continuously, and
less than 25 pounds frequently.
Capable of standing for a 10 hours shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, climb and
pick items up
Must be able to work overtime as required.
Ensure that housekeeping standards are maintained on packaging line.
Report all incidents, near misses and accidents promptly to your shift supervisor.
Use proper ergonomic techniques.
Help promote a team atmosphere.
Be customer focused and provide opportunities for improvement to management.
Other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2pm-10pm (Various Shifts Available)
