-Efficiently pack products into designated case configurations directly from the production line or assembly area, maintaining a set fill rate.-Accurately track and record sleeve and case quantities during the packing process.-Verify product integrity by checking label code dates to ensure proper product production.-Prepare packaging materials for use in the production process.-Maintain high standards for finished product quality and container cleanliness.-Adhere to visual standard specifications.-Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.-Engage in team forums, huddles, escalation sessions, and safety & training sessions (Kaizen Events, Gemba Walks, Safety Committee, etc.).-Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or product deviations to the supervisor.-Perform repetitive tasks with precision and follow instructions diligently.-Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product quality and quantity.-Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).-Support and adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including Food Defense, Company Handbook guidelines, Quality and Environmental standards, and other company policies.-Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
