-Efficiently pack products into designated case configurations directly from the production line or assembly area, maintaining a set fill rate.
-Accurately track and record sleeve and case quantities during the packing process.
-Verify product integrity by checking label code dates to ensure proper product production.
-Prepare packaging materials for use in the production process.
-Maintain high standards for finished product quality and container cleanliness.
-Adhere to visual standard specifications.
-Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
-Engage in team forums, huddles, escalation sessions, and safety & training sessions (Kaizen Events, Gemba Walks, Safety Committee, etc.).
-Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or product deviations to the supervisor.
-Perform repetitive tasks with precision and follow instructions diligently.
-Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product quality and quantity.
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
-Support and adhere to all Health & Safety regulations, including Food Defense, Company Handbook guidelines, Quality and Environmental standards, and other company policies.
-Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
