Spherion is hiring Packagers and Palletizers to work at our client in Bluffton, IN!
You will work for a leading company in the food industry that produces and processes snacks, cookies and crackers - YUM!
Shifts: 1st 7am-3pm, 2nd 3pm-11pm, 3rd 11pm-7am (1st and 2nd are Monday-Friday and 3rd shift is Sunday night-Thursday night)

Pay: 1st $17.99/HR, 2nd $18.39/HR, 3rd $18.79/HR
Responsibilities:
Packer Team Members are directly involved in making sure every product that leaves the manufacturing site is of the highest quality and ready to make people happy at their next picnic, birthday party or snack time!
Daily Tasks Include:
-Assembling boxes
-Packing bagged product from the packaging tables into the cases and placing them on pallets
-Inspecting finished product and assuring quality
-Taking pride in contributing to the overall cleanliness and efficient operation of your facility
-Supporting your team as needed
-Other duties as assigned

-Must wear slip resistant shoes or boots!!
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
