We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Selector to join a dynamic warehouse team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment using an RF scanner. Responsibilities:
Accurately pick orders using an RF scanner according to customer specifications.
Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed.
Verify and inspect products for damages or discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Working hours: 4:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
Forklift certification.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Ability to adapt to changing work demands and priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Proven experience as an order selector, warehouse associate, or similar role.
Experience using RF scanners for order picking.
Ability to operate material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Basic math skills for inventory management.
Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a warehouse setting.
