This role is responsible for managing communications with the customer regarding the delivery of their order and processing any special requests. This role also works closely with production to ensure that the right mix of product is being produced. Responsibilities:
Monitoring sales orders and confirming accurate delivery details to the customers.
Communicate directly with the customer regarding their orders, deliveries dates, customer requests. Ensure the companies order management system is continually up to date with the latest delivery information.
Verify the availability of placed orders, ensuring its quality before shipment to avoid complaints and issues
Helps resolve production and distribution issues associated with accounts. Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive customer relations.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
This position requires exception organization skills and comfortable working on a computer. This position requires the ability to work on numerous tasks at once.
This is a mid-level order management position. Applicants should have basic experience of an industrial company with order management or scheduling.
