- Set up machines for production runs, including calibration, temperature adjustments, and material setup.- Monitor production processes, ensuring consistent quality and output.- Conduct regular quality checks on coated materials to ensure conformity to specifications.-Troubleshoot machine malfunctions, making minor repairs or adjustments as needed.- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure proper functioning.- Handle raw materials (e.g., paper rolls) and load them into machines, ensuring a smooth and continuous production flow.- Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and machine performance.- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a safe work environment.- Work closely with supervisors, maintenance teams, and other staff to meet production goals and resolve any issues that arise during production.
