Responsibilities:

- Manage daily production operations and coordinate with retail stores and e-commerce channels
- Develop and implement manufacturing protocols and quality control procedures
- Ensure compliance with FDA, health department, and OSHA requirements
- Oversee inventory management and purchasing of raw materials and supplies
- Maintain and improve production processes, documenting best practices
- Address customer feedback and implement corrective actions
- Manage staffing, including recruiting, training, and retention programs
- Prepare and analyze various operational reports
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
- Experience in popcorn or confectionery manufacturing
- Knowledge of commercial-grade manufacturing equipment
- Background in process improvement and best practices documentation
- Experience with e-commerce and multi-channel distribution
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Prior experience in creating and implementing quality control policies
- Background in employee recruitment, training, and retention programs
- Experience with production scheduling and forecasting
- Knowledge of food safety standards and certification programs
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
- Experience in food production or manufacturing
- Knowledge of FDA and health department requirements for food production facilities
- Familiarity with OSHA and safety requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for record-keeping
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
